We are starting week 3 of the wait for a referral. Someone asked me the other day what is a referral? I forgot that I was talking adoption lingo. For those of you who are not adopting, a referral is when they refer you a child that is in need of adoption. They send you a picture, medical records and family information if its available. I'm can't wait to get a referral and to see who God has picked to be "baby Boyd"!
I'm in Austin this week on business and I'm exhausted so I will keep this post short and sweet.
Congrats to Janna and Michael who got their referral today! Also, the Alexander's are in Ethiopia picking up their beautiful babe! Go to their site and watch their video.

WOW! That is about all I can come up with to say after watching the Alexander's video. I was in tears, it was a moving moment just in pictures, I can only imagine what it would be like to have been there. I can't wait for the referral and the pictures of baby boyd! It will be well worth the wait. I am still praying daily...in God's time!!!!!! Miss you, hope the week goes well in Austin!
Sweet! Your getting closer all the time! I always forget that we who are adopting have our own lingo and find myself explaining thigns a lot!

Did you get the new washer and dryer yet? I was doing laundry this morning and thought of you! I can't wait to hear about them! LOL! I know...I'm such a dork!
