Since Savannah got home she has had a friend over almost every night. I was beginning to think one of them moved in after I did an extra load of her laundry because she had been with us for 7 days. Let the pre-teen days begin. She is such a social butterfly. Hmmm...I wonder where she got that?
Her friends from KS, Hope and Lexi (yes, they are twins) were in town with their mom, Cindy, who is one of my favorite people. We had fun girl nights and lots of pool time. We also took the girls to ice skate. I miss them already.
Anyway, I'm cherishing this age even though it scares me to death its also really fun.
I thought I would post a few of my favorite pictures of my girl!
Savannah and Abby
I swear this picture has to be good for black mail some day, right?
What is with the peace sign in every picture?
She's growing up so fast! What a doll!

There's my kid with the dorky smile! Thankfully we are outgrowing that stage! Not fast enough though! :) Wow! Hope and Lexi look so grown! I can't believe how much "older" Savannah looks just in the past 2 years. I understand the growing up part but her face has matured so much, she is starting to look like a woman! That is so exciting and scary at the same time. Abby is 6 and I am freaking out, I can't even imagine what it will be like in 6 years from now! You have raised an amazing girl, she is unlike any other kid I have met...she is very sincere and so sweet. She is a great part of our lives and I wouldn't have it any other way. I can't wait to see Savannah with the baby, she is going to be head over heals!
Having two teens myself, I realized that the REAL reason the grocery bill is sky high with teens, is because you are ALWAYS feeding so many extras!
Girls are so much fun. Cute pictures.
Lisa ;)
What a cutie pie!!
Savannah looks like a sweet girl! Don't tell her I wrote that since I'm sure that's not the description any pre-teen is looking for! (o: (I speak from experience!)
Teen years really aren't that bad...
